Its low-profile, screenless design makes it ideal for centrally managed fleets where interaction is handled through higher-level systems rather than local HMI. The Cube-300E is typically deployed in structured logistics flows where rack geometry, not weight, is the primary constraint.

Product description

The TMC Cube-300E AMR bridges the gap between compact lifting robots and heavy-payload platforms. With a 940 × 810 mm loading area, it supports wide racks and carriers commonly used in electronics assembly, kitting operations, warehouse buffering, and intra-plant logistics.

Despite its larger footprint, the Cube-300E maintains a 300 kg payload capacity, allowing stable lifting and transport without oversizing the drive system. A 10 mm positioning accuracy ensures reliable rack engagement and precise docking at workstations, conveyors, or handover points.

Navigation supports free navigation, track-based, hybrid, and follow modes, enabling deployment in both static and semi-dynamic environments. The robot integrates with MES, ERP, and WMS systems and supports multi-robot scheduling for scalable fleet operation. Connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G allows centralized monitoring and control.

Expandable peripherals—including elevator interfaces, automatic doors, call buttons, signal lights, speakers, and identification devices—enable full autonomous operation across production floors and multi-level facilities.

TMC Robotics acts as technical partner, advising on rack geometry, lift tolerances, navigation accuracy, and system architecture.
