The TMC Cube-600 AMR is the heavy-duty variant within the Cube lifting platform, engineered for autonomous handling of large and heavy racks up to 600 kg. Its reinforced chassis and enlarged loading surface make it suitable for high-throughput production logistics where stability and consistency are critical.

Unlike lighter Cube models, the Cube-600 is optimized for industrial rack transport at scale, supporting wider loads while maintaining precise docking and safe autonomous navigation. The absence of an onboard screen keeps the platform robust and centrally managed within fleet control systems.

Enabled by TMC Robotics, the Cube-600 is positioned as a scalable backbone solution for manufacturers moving heavier assemblies, work-in-progress racks, or bulk material carriers.

Product description

The TMC Cube-600 AMR delivers autonomous lifting and transport for payloads up to 600 kg, addressing intralogistics challenges where conventional AMRs or manual carts reach their limits. With a 940 × 810 mm loading area, it supports large racks, trolleys, and custom carriers used in assembly, machining, and warehouse environments.

A 10 mm positioning accuracy ensures reliable engagement under heavy racks, enabling repeatable handover at machines, buffers, and logistics stations. The 800 mm minimum passage width allows deployment in structured industrial layouts without requiring excessive aisle modifications.

The platform supports multi-robot scheduling, centralized task management, and integration with MES, ERP, and WMS systems. Connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G enables real-time fleet monitoring and data exchange. Expandable peripherals—such as elevator control, automatic doors, call buttons, and signaling devices—allow uninterrupted autonomous operation across large and multi-floor facilities.

TMC Robotics provides expert guidance on payload validation, rack design, navigation accuracy under heavy loads, and long-term fleet architecture.
