TMC Lift-150 AMR

The TMC Lift-150 AMR is an autonomous lifting mobile robot designed for industrial environments where racks or shelves need to be moved autonomously between workstations, production lines, and logistics areas. With a lifting capacity of up to 150 kg, this platform enables unmanned material handling without forklifts or manual transport.

The robot autonomously identifies and docks with shelves, lifts them securely, and transports them to predefined destinations. Integrated navigation and precise positioning allow reliable operation in dynamic factory environments with shared human traffic.
The Lift-150 is enabled by TMC Robotics, combining industrial hardware with deep expertise in intralogistics automation and AMR deployment across Europe.

Product description

The TMC Lift-150 AMR is engineered for automated rack and shelf handling in modern industrial intralogistics. Its integrated lifting mechanism allows the robot to autonomously pick up mobile shelves, carts, or customized racks, enabling flexible material flows without fixed infrastructure.

The platform supports multiple navigation modes, including free navigation and hybrid navigation, making it suitable for changing layouts and mixed environments. With a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, the Lift-150 can reliably align with shelves and docking points, ensuring safe and repeatable lifting operations.

An integrated 10.1-inch onboard screen provides local status visibility and supports human–robot interaction on the shop floor. Connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G allows integration with higher-level systems such as MES, ERP, and WMS, enabling task assignment and fleet coordination.

Expandable peripheral support includes elevator integration, automatic doors, call buttons, notification lights, and follow devices.
TMC Robotics acts as a technical expert and solution partner, supporting customers with layout validation, shelf design, and scalable multi-AMR deployment. Installation, commissioning, and system integration are not included by default and are available as professional services.
