The TMC Lift-300 AMR is a heavy-duty autonomous lifting mobile robot developed for intralogistics workflows that involve larger racks and higher payloads. With a lifting capacity of up to 300 kg, this platform is suited for consolidated material transport, buffer storage movement, and inter-department logistics in industrial environments.

Compared to lower-payload lifting robots, the Lift-300 focuses on load stability, robustness, and repeatable lifting performance. The robot autonomously identifies shelves or carts, lifts them securely, and transports them between defined locations without manual intervention or forklifts.
The Lift-300 is enabled by TMC Robotics, combining reliable lifting hardware with expert knowledge in AMR-based material flow design.

Product description

The TMC Lift-300 AMR is engineered for automated handling of heavy racks, shelves, and carts in modern industrial intralogistics. Its integrated lifting mechanism enables unmanned material transport while maintaining precise alignment and safe load handling.

The platform supports multiple autonomous navigation modes, allowing operation in dynamic environments with shared human traffic and changing layouts. With a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, the Lift-300 can dock reliably under racks and align accurately at handover or buffer stations.

An onboard 10.1-inch HMI screen provides clear system status and supports interaction on the shop floor. Network connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G allows seamless integration with MES, ERP, and WMS systems, enabling centralized task assignment and multi-robot scheduling.

Expandable peripherals support elevator integration, automatic doors, call buttons, notification devices, and follow accessories, allowing deployment across multi-floor or complex facilities.
TMC Robotics acts as a technical expert and long-term solution partner, advising on rack design, layout optimization, and scalable fleet deployment. Installation, commissioning, and system integration are not included by default and are offered as professional services.
