The TMC Lift-600 AMR is the heavy-payload solution within the Lift AMR family, engineered for large racks, heavy carriers, and consolidated material flows up to 600 kg. It targets environments where standard lifting AMRs reach their limits and where forklifts or manual carts are no longer efficient or safe.

With its reinforced lifting system and extended load platform, the Lift-600 provides stable, repeatable handling of heavy and oversized racks across production, warehouse, and buffer zones. The robot autonomously identifies racks, lifts them securely, and transports them with high positional repeatability.

The Lift-600 is enabled by TMC Robotics, combining industrial-grade AMR hardware with deep expertise in high-payload logistics design, rack engineering, and scalable AMR fleet deployment.

Product description

The TMC Lift-600 AMR is purpose-built for automated transport of heavy and bulky racks in industrial intralogistics. Its reinforced chassis and lifting mechanism ensure stable handling of loads up to 600 kg, even in continuous multi-shift operations.

High-precision navigation enables accurate docking under racks and reliable alignment at transfer points, buffers, and workstations. With a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, the Lift-600 supports predictable handover in automated or semi-automated material flows.

The platform supports multiple autonomous navigation modes and integrates seamlessly into existing factory infrastructure. An onboard 10.1-inch HMI provides system visibility on the shop floor, while Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity enable integration with MES, ERP, and WMS systems for centralized task allocation and fleet coordination.

Expandable peripherals include elevator control, automatic doors, call buttons, notification devices, and follow accessories, enabling deployment across multi-floor facilities and complex logistics layouts.
TMC Robotics acts as a technical authority, advising on rack design, load stability, AMR sizing, and long-term scalability. Installation, commissioning, and system integration are not included by default and are delivered as professional services.
