The TMC Lift-300E AMR is designed for intralogistics environments where rack dimensions matter as much as payload. While maintaining a lifting capacity of up to 300 kg, the Lift-300E features an extended loading surface, enabling stable handling of wider, longer, or custom-built racks that exceed standard footprints.

This makes the Lift-300E particularly suitable for logistics flows involving bulk containers, large kitting racks, or wide material carriers. The robot autonomously identifies shelves, lifts them securely, and transports them across production or warehouse zones without forklifts or manual carts.

The Lift-300E is enabled by TMC Robotics, combining robust AMR hardware with deep expertise in rack-based logistics, layout validation, and scalable fleet design for European industrial environments.

Product description

The TMC Lift-300E AMR is engineered for automated handling of large-format racks and carriers in industrial intralogistics. Its extended lifting platform provides increased surface contact and load stability, reducing deformation risks when transporting wide or asymmetrical loads.

With a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, the robot can reliably dock under racks and align at transfer points, buffer zones, or workstations. Multiple navigation modes allow operation in dynamic factory environments with shared human traffic and changing layouts.

An integrated 10.1-inch HMI screen supports local interaction and system visibility, while Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity enable seamless communication with MES, ERP, and WMS platforms. Multi-robot scheduling allows coordinated operation in larger fleets.

Expandable peripherals include elevator control, automatic doors, call buttons, notification lights, and follow devices, enabling deployment across multi-floor facilities or complex logistics infrastructures.
TMC Robotics acts as the technical authority, supporting customers with rack design validation, AMR fleet sizing, and long-term scalability planning. Installation and commissioning are not included by default and are delivered as dedicated professional services.
