The TMC Deliver-150 AMR is a mid-range delivery autonomous mobile robot designed for intralogistics workflows that require higher payload capacity while maintaining flexibility and autonomous operation. With a payload of up to 150 kg, this platform bridges the gap between compact delivery robots and heavy-duty transport solutions.

Compared to smaller delivery AMRs, the Deliver-150 supports larger carriers and higher material volumes, making it suitable for production environments with consolidated material flows, line-side replenishment, and inter-department transport. Autonomous navigation and precise positioning enable reliable operation in dynamic industrial settings without fixed infrastructure.

Product description

The TMC Deliver-150 AMR is engineered for industrial environments where material transport volumes exceed light-duty requirements but still demand compact operation and adaptability. The platform supports autonomous transport of trays, bins, and load carriers with a maximum payload of 150 kg, making it well suited for production logistics and warehouse-to-line supply.

The robot operates using autonomous navigation technologies that allow it to adapt to changing layouts, shared human–robot environments, and varying traffic conditions. With a minimum passage width of 700 mm, it balances maneuverability with increased stability for heavier loads.

Integrated connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G enables communication with fleet management systems and higher-level software platforms. The onboard 10.1-inch HMI screen provides local status visibility and operational feedback for operators on the shop floor.

Expandable peripheral support allows the Deliver-150 to interface with industrial infrastructure such as elevators, automatic doors, call buttons, and notification systems, enabling seamless integration into complex facilities.

TMC Robotics acts as a technical expert and solution partner, supporting customers in robot selection, layout validation, and scalable fleet concepts. Installation, commissioning, and system integration are not included by default and are offered as professional services tailored to the application.
