The TMC Deliver-300 AMR is a heavy-duty delivery autonomous mobile robot engineered for intralogistics applications where high payload capacity and transport stability are critical. With support for loads up to 300 kg, this platform is suited for consolidated material flows, palletized carriers, and larger load units within industrial facilities.

Unlike lighter delivery AMRs, the Deliver-300 prioritizes payload stability and operational robustness, making it ideal for longer transport routes, inter-department logistics, and production-to-warehouse movements. Autonomous navigation enables safe operation in shared environments without fixed conveyors or manual transport.

Product description

The TMC Deliver-300 AMR is designed for industrial intralogistics workflows that require reliable transport of heavy loads while maintaining autonomous flexibility. With a maximum payload of 300 kg, the platform supports flatbed-style carriers and customized transport fixtures for production and logistics operations.

Autonomous navigation modes allow the robot to operate in dynamic factory environments with mixed traffic. A minimum passage width of 700 mm ensures compatibility with standard industrial aisles while maintaining sufficient stability for heavy payloads. Positioning accuracy of 10 mm enables precise docking at transfer points and workstations.

The robot features a 10.1-inch onboard HMI for local status display and operator interaction. Network connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G allows integration into fleet management systems and higher-level logistics software. With an operating endurance of up to 12 hours and autonomous charging, the Deliver-300 supports multi-shift operation.

The platform supports a wide range of expandable peripherals, including elevator integration, automatic doors, call buttons, notification systems, and custom carriers.
TMC Robotics acts as a technical expert and solution partner, supporting customers in layout design, carrier selection, and scalable multi-AMR deployment. Installation and commissioning are not included by default and can be delivered as professional services.
