TMC Deliver-300E AMR

The TMC Deliver-300E AMR is a heavy-duty delivery autonomous mobile robot designed for applications where load volume and carrier size are as important as payload capacity. While maintaining a maximum payload of 300 kg, the Deliver-300E features an extended cargo area, allowing it to transport larger carriers, oversized bins, or consolidated loads in a single run.

This platform is ideal for intralogistics environments with fewer but larger transport units, such as buffer zones, warehouse–production interfaces, and logistics hubs. Autonomous navigation enables safe and predictable operation in shared industrial environments without the need for fixed transport infrastructure.

The Deliver-300E is part of TMC Robotics’ industrial AMR portfolio and is enabled by TMC Robotics, combining robust hardware with deep application expertise for European customers.

Product description

The TMC Deliver-300E AMR is engineered for industrial transport tasks that involve large footprint carriers or bulky materials. Its extended loading area of 770 × 600 mm allows direct transport of wide racks, large trays, or custom load carriers that exceed the dimensions supported by standard delivery AMRs.

Despite its larger footprint, the Deliver-300E maintains autonomous flexibility through advanced navigation modes and precise positioning. A minimum passage width of 800 mm ensures compatibility with industrial layouts while providing the stability required for large and heavy loads. With a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, the robot can dock reliably at handover points, transfer stations, or automated interfaces.

The platform includes a 10.1-inch onboard HMI screen for status visualization and basic interaction. Connectivity via Wi-Fi and 4G supports fleet coordination and integration with higher-level logistics or warehouse management systems. With up to 12 hours of operating time and autonomous charging, the Deliver-300E is suitable for extended daily operation.

Expandable peripherals allow integration with elevators, automatic doors, notification systems, and custom industrial infrastructure.
TMC Robotics acts as a technical expert and solution partner, advising on carrier design, layout optimization, and scalable AMR fleet deployment. Installation, commissioning, and system integration are not included by default and are available as professional services.
