The TMC Deliver-80 AMR is a compact delivery autonomous mobile robot designed for light-duty intralogistics transport in production lines and space-constrained industrial environments. With a payload capacity of up to 80 kg, this platform is optimized for frequent, short-distance material movements where agility and reliability are essential.

Its slim footprint and minimum passage width of 600 mm allow the robot to operate efficiently in narrow aisles and between workstations. Autonomous navigation, combined with precise positioning accuracy, enables repeatable and predictable delivery tasks without fixed infrastructure.

Product description

The TMC Deliver-80 AMR is engineered as an entry-level delivery robot for industrial intralogistics applications that require flexibility, fast deployment, and low operational overhead. Designed for light item handling, the robot supports autonomous transport of trays, bins, and small load carriers between production stations.

The platform supports multiple navigation modes, including free navigation and hybrid navigation, allowing it to adapt to different factory layouts and operational constraints. With a positioning accuracy of 10 mm, the Deliver-80 can reliably dock at workstations, shelves, or handover points.

A 10.1-inch onboard screen provides local status feedback and basic human–robot interaction, while network connectivity via Wi-Fi or 4G allows integration into higher-level systems. The robot is designed for continuous daily operation with an endurance of up to 12 hours, supported by autonomous charging.

Expandable peripheral support allows the Deliver-80 to interact with industrial infrastructure such as automatic doors, elevators, call buttons, and notification systems. This makes it suitable for scalable deployment in modern smart factories.

All delivery AMRs are enabled by TMC Robotics, combining hardware expertise with application knowledge. Installation, commissioning, and system integration are not included by default and can be provided as professional services.
